Introduction

CPVC power cable sleeve of Hangzhou Xinlu Industries Co. ,Ltd is a hard, straight and solid-wall pipe produced through extrusion modeling, main raw materials of which are chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin (CPVC) and hard polyvinyl chloride resin(PVC), blended with necessary additives.

Usage

This product can be a protective pipe to lay cables of urban power grid, and a protective pipe to lay electric cables at traffic artery. It matches with specific pipe pillows and intermediate connectors to form a cable conduit system with multiple rows of multiple pipes. With spigot and socket type structure, its connection is easy and reliable, its installation and construction is convenient. It properly solves big problems—for example, urban traffic is affected due to the road is dug and exposed for a long time. If the road is dug and cables are laid at night, the road can be backfilled and vehicles can pass as usual at daytime. At present, as a cable protective conduit with good quality and cheap price, this pipe has been widely used in urban grid transformation and new construction projects.

With especially excellent heat resistance, UPVC and CPVC are not deformed when ambient temperature is over 80℃ and 93℃ respectively, but still retains sufficient strength.

Resistance to compression and shock strength are high. The stiffness of the compression ring reaches 10Kpa, which can withstand the impact force made by a heavy punch of 1Kg from a height of 2m.
It resists chemical corrosions; it doesn’t rust; it has nice fire resistance, which extinguishes immediately after leaving the fire.
With good resistance to water, it can be used in a humid environment or water for a long time. It is difficult for bacteria to reproduce, because CPVC pipe is free from influence of residual chlorine in water, neither it cracks or leaks, and its inner wall is smooth. In addition, it is resistant to general sterilizing chemicals, thus the CPVC pipeline system is resistant to invasion from all types of bacteria.
This pipe boasts of simple installation and construction at a low cost; since this pipe adopts spigot and socket type or muff-coupling type connection, it is convenient to install and connect. The connecting place is equipped with rubber seal ring, thus it is adapted to expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold.
