MPP single-wall corrugated pipe is a new type of structural wall pipeline made from composite reinforced modified special formula and processing technique, with MPP as main raw material, added with appropriate color master batch with stipulated ratio.
Urban and rural open-cut cable duct engineering of over 10KV high-voltage transmission line;
Ordinary type applies to laying and use under green belts.
Standard type applies to laying and use on slow lanes.
In case of rigorous requirement on anti-seismic property and compression resistance, or in replacement of steel pipe, reinforced special custom-made products shall be selected.
Light weight and convenient transportation.
Good heat resistance; Vicat heat-resistance temperature reaches over 135℃,sufficient strength.
Superior insulation performance.
High compression resistance and shock strength: rigidity of compression ring in ordinary MPP single-wall corrugated pipe reaches over 16 kN/m2; it can endure the impact force of 5Kg heavy hammer from 2m height.
Resistance to chemical corrosion, good flame resistance; it extinguishes once it is away from fire.
With good water resistance, it can be used in damp environment or urban sewage for a long time; it can endure corrosions of oil stains.
Simple installation construction and low cost. The pipe adopts pipe clamp for mechanical tight coupling or adopts hot melting butt welding.
Good sealing performance; the pipe doesn’t leak water for 30min at 0.005Mpa water pressure and 23℃ temperature.
With long service life, it doesn’t need maintenance for 50 years.
