PE telecommunications pipe is extruded and processed mainly from polyethylene resin, and is characterized by its resistance to corrosion, impact and aging; high strength, yieldingness and convenient construction.

It is widely used in sheath pipeline system of outdoor telecommunications cable and optical cable, including interoffice trunk pipeline, feeder pipeline, subsidiary pipeline, private network pipeline and telecommunications pipeline with stipulated length. It is strongly applicable for cable and electric wire to go through and restore in it, so this is a special circuit product vigorously promoted by post and telecommunications departments in the country. It is suitable to guide, separate and protect township telecommunications optical cable, low-voltage cable, cable TV network, multimedia transmission network line sheath, indoor electric wire and cable of buildings.

Corrosion resistance and long service life: in coastal regions, underground water level is relatively high while land humidity is great. Metal or other pipelines used there shall resist corrosion, but their life is generally only 30 years. However, PE pipes can resist many chemical mediators and stay away from soil corrosion; their service life is as long as 50 years.

Good tenacity and deflection: with high tenacity, their elongation at break exceeds 500%. It strongly adapts to land subsidence and dislocation with uneven foundation. Good resistance to shock. Small-caliber pipe can be bent at will.

Smooth pipe wall ensures small friction coefficient, easy pass, high construction efficiency and low construction cost.

With good electrical insulation property and long service life (buried pipe can be used for over 50 years), the product is durable while the circuit operates safely and reliably.

Excellent shock resistance under low temperature. Low-temperature brittle temperature of PE pipe is very low, so it can be used safely within -20℃~60℃. Due to good shock resistance under low temperature, the pipe won’t suffer brittle rupture.

Good abrasive resistance. Compared with other metal pipes, the abrasive resistance of PE pipe is 4 times as much as that of metal pipes.
